Our Certified ASHI Inspectors will spend three to four hours thoroughly evaluating all aspects of the Property you are purchasing, from the Roof to the Basement and all areas in between.

We are members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). To reach member status with ASHI, all inspectors must pass the National Home Inspectors Exam, ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics Exams, and complete no fewer than 250 fee paid inspections, with the reports verified by ASHI’s report verification team, to insure that the home inspector is following ASHI’s standards of practice.

Unfortunately, the majority of the Akron and surrounding suburbs are located in the EPA's Highest Radon Zones - Zone 1. Not many people, including most Real Estate Professionals, are aware of this issue.
Radon gas is a toxic gas that seeps into homes through the foundations. And it doesn't matter if your home is built on a basement, crawlspace or a slab, this deadly gas can seep in and it doesn't matter if it's brand new construction or a 50 year old home.
It's estimated that Radon Gas kills 24,000 Americans each and every year. As a matter of fact, Radon Gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer, only second to cigarette smoking.
The good news is that Radon Gas can be detected with a simple test and if the home you're purchasing has elevated levels of Radon Gas, it can be easily fixed. The key to the issue is Getting A Radon Test. Then you know if the problem exists and if so, to what degree.

We know that your schedule is very hectic so we work hard to accommodate you!
Our two Certified ASHI Inspectors conduct two inspections a day, one at 9 am and the second one at 2 pm, times can be adjusted. This allows ample time for us to do the thorough, quality job you expect and get to our next appointment on time.
Because not every one can attend the inspection during the week, we also inspect on Saturdays and Sundays. Our Sunday inspection schedule is limited, so please let Mindy at the office know as soon as possible that you need a Sunday inspection. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
We Schedule inspections seven days a week as well so feel free to give us a call on the weekend to schedule your inspection! Our schedule fills up fast, especially during the spring and summer months! We can normally schedule your inspection within 48 hours of your phone call.
